Supply Chain Program Manager – Robotics & Automation Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain initiatives across robotics and automation programs, driving alignment between sourcing, planning, engineering, product, and finance teams. This role focuses on balancing commercial and technical trade-offs to achieve operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience across the product lifecycle. The position requires a highly analytical and self-driven individual who can synthesize complex inputs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate with a high degree of ownership. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage ambiguity, lead large-scale initiatives, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and supply chain performance.
