Description
Top-Tier Investment Manager in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a CRM Sales Data Associate!
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CRM Case Queue for the following ad hoc requests from the sales teams: General Inquiries, Advisor Moves, Merge Requests, Ownership Inquiries, and Report Requests.
• Manage the Salesforce CRM platform for the Intermediary Sales Team, including cleaning and maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting team campaigns, and supporting broader firm sales initiatives
• Maintain CRM and accurate client contact information, and track engagement and activity across various wealth partner platforms
• Support team leadership by analyzing and maintaining key territory metrics, tracking wholesaler activity, and other management metrics providing clear, data driven insights that inform day-to-day management needs and support broader strategic decisions
• Develop and deliver reporting and analytics for sales campaigns, including generating targeted client lists, building, and structuring campaign outreach, and providing data‑driven insights for sales leadership
• Support external and internal sales efforts and financial advisor coverage such as assisting with literature fulfillment requests, Morningstar report portal comparisons, and ad hoc client requests
• Will stride both the Data and CRM applications, with exposure to data cleansing tools, report writing/generation and Salesforce configuration
• Assist in ensuring the Data Integrity and Sales Enablement of the Sales teams within the Salesforce instance.
• Educate end-users on the proper and most effective use of Salesforce.
• Creating and distributing monthly and quarterly sales reports as well as ad hoc reports for the BD, RIA and Institutional sales teams.
• Reviewing data and compiling RIA, BD and Institutional sales reports.
• Assist in the management of Salesforce, both configuration and declarative solutions.
• Act as the Data Steward for the Broadridge SalesVision application.
• Act as the subject matter expert on DemandTools, a data cleansing tool.
• Assist in managing the CRM database, Salesforce, including administering, designing and executing reports, developing new fields for tracking developing new client insights, and managing client mailing lists.
• Manage, identify, and correct data irregularities with the CRM database, Salesforce.
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining proper records within Salesforce. All records are to be kept in organized fashion which will enable the sales team to effectively manage their book of business.
• Prepare different committee presentations, summarizing the findings from the continuous monitoring performed
• Actively participate in global initiatives aimed at improving Internal Audit’s processes and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of Salesforce CRM database experience.
• Series 7 & 63 is a big plus
• 1+ years of experience directly supporting Sales and/or Marketing department.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills with intermediate experience in Excel.
• Effective & Creative problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
