ABOUT THE POSITION The President & CEO is the top-level executive leading the vision, making sure its culture is shared, pervasive, and enduring, and executing its new five-year strategic plan. Specifically, the CEO ensures ZERO’s programmatic, public policy, health equity, fiscal, fundraising, marketing, operations, and technology strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization with a focus on maintaining and advancing ZERO’s legacy of impeccable commitment to organizational health above all else. Associated responsibilities include leading all aspects of ZERO operations with a focus on long-term goals, growth, and scalability. The President & CEO will work with all executives and Board of Directors to establish strategy, goals, plans and policies. The President & CEO will provide financial management oversight, build the annual budget and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Board of Directors to ensure adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the organization. The President & CEO serves a critical role in developing, enhancing and leveraging external relationships, expanding support and awareness in the community, improving health equity in prostate cancer care, and elevating ZERO toward being a household name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
