Experience & Qualifications: • Understand Aerospace requirements. • Able to operate various manual lathe, mill, CNC mill, multi-axis machines and grinding machinery (do not need experience with all!) • Fluent in blueprint interpretation and GDT symbols. • Proficient Math skills • Knowledgeable in cutting tool selection, speeds/feeds. • Knowledge of working with various type of metals • Take measurement and determine correctness using: CMMs, micrometer, depth gages, etc. • Engage and embrace good manufacturing and safety practices • Ability to work independently. • Good working knowledge of various metals. Shifts: • 1st shift is 7am-5:30pm • 2nd shift is M-Th 5:30pm-2am and Fri 3:30pm - 12am with 10% shift differential • Very common for employees to work 12 hours shifts to take advantage of OT policy Key Benefits: • Stable company!
