About the Position: Responsible for the evaluation of all levels and types of Army permit applications, compliance and enforcement cases, including those of a complex and controversial nature, for activities in US waters. Assists in management of the regulatory program through the development, administration and implementation of initiatives, local procedures, public information programs and permits. Conducts visits to evaluate aquatic resources and determine jurisdiction of the US.
