Controller - Hybrid

Controller We're partnering with a growing industrial organization to add a Controller to lead accounting across a multi-entity environment with full ownership of financial reporting, close, and controls. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role suited for a corporate accounting professional looking to step into a broader, more impactful position with exposure to both financial reporting and operational finance. What You'll Do • Own the month-end close and financial reporting process • Lead consolidated accounting across multiple entities • Oversee audits, reconciliations, and ensure balance sheet integrity • Strengthen controls, processes, and accounting policies • Partner with leadership on financial analysis, KPIs, and planning • Support costing, margin analysis, and operational insights • Manage and develop a small accounting team What We're Looking For • Strong corporate accounting foundation (reporting, close, audit) • Experience in a multi-entity or complex environment • Prior leadership experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required • Exposure to manufacturing or costing is a plus (not required) • CPA/MBA a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
