Description

Law firm seeking a paralegal/legal assistant to support an employment and labor law practice. The job will require scheduling consultations, communicating with clients, legal research, reviewing documents, handling discovery, drafting correspondence, and managing case paperwork. Ideal candidates are dependable, have excellent people skills, and can multitask several assignments under tight deadlines. Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): • Handle incoming calls and mail • Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms • Organize and file legal documents • Detail-oriented and interpersonal skills • Professional and positive attitude • Strong legal research skills • Exemplary customer services Notary and Spanish speakers are a plus.
