In short

• Free to use: searching, seeing matches and applying are free. There is no subscription to cancel.
• One-off AI services (e.g. resume optimization, cover letter, mock interview, salary brief, career path): final once generated.
• Instead of a refund: every service includes 2 free regenerations within 30 days, so if the result isn't right we improve it.

Why digital services are non-refundable

At checkout we ask for your explicit consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge your waiver of the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(m), and equivalent local law). This consent is recorded at the moment of purchase.

As a result, once the deliverable has been generated and made available to you, the service is fully performed and no refund is due.

What we do if you’re not satisfied

There are no refunds, but we don’t leave you stuck:

• 2 free regenerations for every service, within 30 days of purchase.
• Billing errors (double charge, wrong amount, a failed transaction that was still charged) or technical issues that prevent delivery: contact us and we’ll fix them.
