1. Identification of the Provider
TalentyGo® is a service operated by TalentyGo LLC (a US-based limited liability company) and its affiliates.
For European Union users, TalentyGo LLC operates in compliance with applicable EU representative requirements under Article 27 GDPR.

2. The service
TalentyGo is an AI-powered job aggregation and matching platform. The service:
- Aggregates publicly-posted job listings from third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, public ATS).
- Analyzes user resumes via AI ("Charlie AI") to extract skills, experience, and preferences.
- Recommends a curated roster of postings considered relevant to the user's profile, with explicit match scores.
- Offers optional paid tools: resume optimization, cover letter generation, interview simulation.
- As an à-la-carte service, prepares a "ready application" (Apply Pack): from the user's resume it generates a resume tailored to the posting, a cover letter, and pre-filled form fields/answers. The materials are prepared for the user, who reviews and submits them independently; TalentyGo does not submit applications on the user's behalf.
3. User accounts
To use TalentyGo you must create an account with email and password (or via third-party authentication such as Google).
The user represents that:
- They are at least 18 years old or, if a minor, are authorized by parents/legal guardians.
- The data provided (including resume) is their own or they have rights to process it.
- They will not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, unauthorized scraping, or reverse engineering.
The user is responsible for credential safekeeping. TalentyGo may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Plans and pricing
TalentyGo uses an open-access model (current prices on /pricing):
- Free: search, see every listing with the company name in the clear, and apply — no subscription, no card.

No viewing or applying is ever paid: you only pay for Charlie's help, when you ask for it. Any subscriptions already active stay valid until expiry/cancellation; no data is lost.
Prices may change, with at least 30 days notice. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1). TalentyGo does not store credit card data.
4-bis. Profile visibility to companies (optional feature)
You may choose to make your profile visible to registered companies/recruiters. Turning it on is optional and revocable at any time from your settings.
- When on, companies see an anonymous card of your profile (no name, no contacts). Your identifying data is shared with a specific company only if you accept its match request: from that point the company acts as an independent data controller for recruitment purposes.
- You can decline or ignore any request; without your acceptance no identifying data is shared.
- Companies may not use the data for purposes other than recruitment, attempt to re-identify you from the anonymous card, or share it with unauthorized third parties; TalentyGo may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- TalentyGo does not guarantee contacts, interviews or hires, and is not responsible for company conduct after contact.
5. Final sales
TalentyGo services are digital content generated at the user's request. At checkout the user consents to immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m), and equivalent local law).
All purchases are final. Once a deliverable has been generated and made available, the service is fully performed and is non-refundable.
What we offer instead
Every service includes 2 free regenerations within 30 days if the result isn't right. Billing errors (double or wrong charge) and technical issues that prevent delivery are resolved by emailing [email protected]. Full details in our Sales Policy. This does not limit mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
In compliance with applicable AI regulations including the EU AI Act 2024, TalentyGo explicitly discloses:
- The service uses an artificial intelligence system named "Charlie AI" for matching user resumes with aggregated job listings.
- The AI performs skill extraction, resume parsing, semantic matching, and text generation (cover letters, interview simulations).
- The AI does not make hiring decisions. Decisions are human: employers decide who to hire, users decide where to apply.
- For EU users: our matching AI falls under the "high-risk" category (Annex III EU AI Act), as it is used in employment context.
- Users have the right to opt out of AI matching from account settings.

7. Data aggregation and public sources
TalentyGo aggregates job postings exclusively from public sources, in compliance with source platforms' terms of service.
Aggregated sources typically include: LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, SimplyHired, public ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Workday, iCIMS), and career sites of companies that publicly post their listings.
TalentyGo does not perform illegal scraping, does not bypass authentication or paywalls, does not commercialize aggregated personal data.
Trademarks mentioned on the site (e.g., platform names, employers) belong to their respective owners and are used under nominative fair use doctrine (New Kids on the Block v. News America Publishing) to identify data sources or for informational reference. Mention does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership.
8. Limitations of liability
TalentyGo provides the service "as is", without warranties of:
- Number of job listings available at any given time
- Employment or successful application outcomes
- Employer response times
- Absolute accuracy of aggregated data (although we employ automated quality controls)
- Uninterrupted service availability (we target >99% uptime but do not contractually guarantee it)
TalentyGo's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the contested event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
For EU consumers, statutory consumer protection guarantees remain applicable and cannot be derogated.
9. Intellectual property
The software, design, logos (including "TalentyGo®", "Charlie AI", "AVA"), site content, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of TalentyGo LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
Users retain ownership of their resume and uploaded personal data. They grant TalentyGo a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the resume solely for service purposes (matching, cover letter generation, etc.) as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
10. Account termination
Users may delete their account at any time from settings or by emailing [email protected].
Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days (except for mandatory legal retention — e.g., billing records).
TalentyGo may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraud or unjustified chargebacks
- Confirmed illegal behavior
- Inactivity exceeding 24 months
11. Changes to these Terms
TalentyGo reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account's registered address at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
For EU consumers: the law of the user's country of residence applies. Jurisdiction lies with the consumer's competent forum under EU Regulation 1215/2012.
For business users (corporate accounts): Italian law applies and exclusive jurisdiction is Milan, Italy.
For US users: laws of the State of Delaware apply (TalentyGo LLC's state of organization). Disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except where federal or state law mandates a different forum.
