RN Nurse Manager Medical Renal

The Nursing Manager leads a team of skilled professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for implementing policies and strategies to achieve short-term objectives, while also overseeing the execution of key initiatives across the division, department, or multiple functions. Essential Job Function • Manages a team of experienced professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. • Oversees the implementation of major divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives by setting clear targets, goals, and expectations, ensuring strong communication and effective execution. • Directs the team in the development and implementation of processes to ensure alignment with organizational policies and best practices. • Authorizes opportunities and recommendations for improved practices, using expertise and insights to maximize effectiveness and achieve optimal outcomes. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience • Required: 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations. Licensure/Certification/Listing • Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
