President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
NAFT Federal Credit Union
NAFT Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary leader to serve as President/Chief Executive Officer. The President/CEO is responsible for the overall leadership, management, strategic direction, and financial soundness of the credit union while ensuring exceptional member service and organizational growth.
This position works closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, system improvements, and innovative financial services that support the credit union’s mission and long-term success.
Essential Responsibilities
• Provide executive leadership and direction for all credit union operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that promote growth, financial stability, and member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations applicable to credit unions.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, lending operations, and organizational performance.
• Foster a positive organizational culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Lead and support senior management in achieving operational and strategic objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, employees, regulators, and community stakeholders.
• Guide innovation and continuous improvement in member services, technology, and operational systems.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in successful financial management and organizational growth.
• Minimum of ten (10) years progressive successful financial management and organizational growth experience.
• Experience in home mortgage lending required.
• Executive leadership experience within a financial institution or credit union preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills
• Thorough knowledge of the credit union industry, including:
• Member services
• Human resources
• Information technology
• Accounting and finance
• Lending operations
• Regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational success.
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting Salary: $145,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Fifteen (15) days paid vacation annually.
