<h2>What you’ll do</h2>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other fraud vectors</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk within process and performance</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations team</span></li>

<h3>Minimum requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Some experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigations, or fraud operations</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using data to make assessments/judgements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A team-focused mentality and effective problem solving skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic & solutions oriented</span></li>
<li>You have availability to work 100% in office</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">You're willing to periodically work a weekend (remotely) for which you will be compensated with week days off</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fraud experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech mitigating digital/card-not-present fraud</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of fraud schemes, fraud prevention methods, and fraud detection tools</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior fraud experience across multiple industries/verticals</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in a high growth technology company</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working from a queue</span></li>
