Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring that business processes run efficiently and effectively. This role includes managing and optimizing workflows, implementing operational policies, and monitoring key performance indicators to support growth and service quality. The Director of Operations will lead and support cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking operational costs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. The role also involves maintaining high standards of internal and external customer service, resolving escalated issues, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including experience designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and make evidence-based operational decisions.
Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Budgeting and financial management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize operational expenditures and resources.
Customer Service orientation, with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders and resolving escalations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in a leadership role within operations, preferably in a services, HR, or recruitment-focused environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting.
