Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods • Oversee inventory control processes using ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels • Collaborate with procurement team • Plan transportation logistics, including freight, dispatching, fleet management, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships • Supervise materials handling, packaging, picking & packing, and order fulfillment operations to maximize efficiency • Implement process improvements through data analysis skills and supply chain analytics to enhance overall operations management • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of equipment such as forklifts and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Experience • Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles within supply chain or logistics environments • Familiarity with demand planning, category management, procurement, and sourcing strategies • Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, dispatching, and materials handling • Ability to analyze data for process improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization • Certification in forklift operation or relevant warehouse safety standards is preferred but not required Join us to be part of an innovative team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
