Freelance Senior Art Director

Position Overview Our client, a digital agency is looking for a freelance Sr. Art Director to join their team for an upcoming pitch! This will be a 4-day engagement starting ASAP, remote, with potential to extend depending on client approval of the work. Key Responsibilities • Concept and ideate bold, breakthrough creative for a high-visibility OOH campaign in partnership with a Senior Copywriter • Develop visually striking concepts that translate effectively across large-scale, real-world placements • Collaborate closely with a senior-level creative team to deliver innovative, fashion-forward ideas for the pitch • Create compelling visual directions, layouts, and presentation-ready concepts under tight timelines • Bring a strong point of view on design, storytelling, and brand aesthetics Qualifications • 7+ years of experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio of conceptual campaign work • Proven experience in OOH campaigns (fashion or retail experience strongly preferred) • Exceptional eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling, especially within fashion or lifestyle brands • Experience working on pitch assignments and delivering high-quality creative under tight deadlines • Deep understanding of fashion, trends, and cultural relevance • Strong collaborative skills and experience partnering closely with copy counterparts • Familiarity with the NYC market and availability to work EST hours In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
