Marketing Brand Manager (Growth + Content) 📍 Westwood, Los Angeles (In-Office) 💰 $80,000 – $100,000 base About Disbo Disbo is building the financial operating system for the legal industry. We replace paper checks with digital payments and connect law firms and medical providers into a payment network that settles cases faster, cleaner, and in full compliance. The problem is huge, the industry is wide open, and the category is ours to define. If you've ever watched a law firm print, sign, stuff, and mail a paper check in 2026 and thought “there has to be a better way” — that’s us. We want content that makes people stop scrolling: “Why are you still sending paper checks?” “I just sent a $50K disbursement from a beach in Hawaii. No printer required.” “Your trust account is one random audit away from a $10K problem.” That’s the tone. That’s the energy. The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Brand Manager to help build and scale Disbo’s growth across content, paid, partnerships, and brand. This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You’ll be involved across everything — strategy, content, campaigns, partnerships — but your primary focus will be shipping, testing, and scaling what works. You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team. Ideas move fast here. So does execution. What You’ll Work OnGrowth & Strategy Contribute to Disbo’s marketing direction and growth initiatives Help identify high-impact opportunities across channels Work closely with leadership to prioritize and execute 👉 You won’t just plan — you’ll help bring ideas to life Organic Social & Content Create and scale short-form content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Turn complex ideas into simple, engaging content Help shape Disbo’s voice and presence online 👉 This is a core focus of the role Paid Acquisition Support and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) Assist in managing the funnel: creative → targeting → conversion Track performance and optimize over time 👉 You don’t need to be an expert — but you should be comfortable learning fast Partnerships & BD Support partnership opportunities across legal, medical, and fintech Help execute co-marketing and growth initiatives 👉 Exposure to partnerships Events & Activations Assist with conferences, industry events, and activations Help represent and grow the Disbo brand in real-world settings Execution & Collaboration Work closely with leadership, product, and ops Collaborate with designers, creators, and external partners Help scale what works — quickly Who You Are 3–6+ years in marketing, growth, or brand You’ve actually executed campaigns or content — not just managed them Strong interest in content, growth, or paid (strength in one is fine) Curious, fast-moving, and comfortable figuring things out You like building, testing, and iterating — not waiting Experience with TikTok / short-form video Experience with paid ads Startup or high-growth environment experience SaaS or fintech exposure
