You will ensure that strategic accounts and content remain compliant and thriving on our platform, balancing rigorous safety standards with support experience that minimizes disruption for our most critical partners.</p> <h2><strong>You Will</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Manage High-Stakes Escalations:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related outreach with top creators and strategic accounts, providing clear, actionable guidance to keep their content live and compliant.</li> <li><strong>Serve as a Strategic Liaison:</strong> Bridge the gap between external creators and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Trust &amp; Safety, Policy, and Operations) to facilitate smooth communication and resolve complex content issues.</li> <li><strong>Minimize Platform Interruption:</strong> Work proactively with internal enforcement teams to prevent unnecessary content takedowns, ensuring strategic assets remain available while corrective actions are addressed.</li> <li><strong>Support Internal Stakeholders:</strong> Respond to internal requests from teams needing to coordinate with strategic accounts for content updates, feedback, or high-level information gathering.</li> <li><strong>Drive Process Improvement:</strong> Don’t just "solve the ticket"—identify recurring friction points and partner with technical teams to improve our internal systems and compliance workflows.</li> <li><strong>Novel Games Initiative support: </strong>Serve as an operational liaison for developers who are expanding the platform’s technical and aesthetic boundaries, facilitating the growth and successful execution of the Novel Games Initiative through proactive platform guidance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>3–5+ Years of Experience:</strong> Proven track record in community support, program management, or creator relations (Trust &amp; Safety or Compliance experience is a major plus).</li> <li><strong>Masterful Communication:</strong> Ability to translate complex, sensitive policy decisions into clear, empathetic language for both external VIP partners and high-level internal executives.</li> <li><strong>Technical Savvy:</strong> High proficiency with Google Suite and experience with CRM/Ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk). Ideally, you are "AI-savvy" and eager to leverage new tech to automate and scale manual processes.</li> <li><strong>Crisis Management Skills:</strong> A proven ability to function under significant pressure and navigate high-stakes "fire drills" without losing focus.</li> <li><strong>Documentation Excellence:</strong> Strong technical writing skills with the ability to document complex cases with precision for legal and audit purposes.</li> <li><strong><em>Gaming Industry Fluency:</em></strong><em> Maintains a comprehensive, first-hand understanding of the gaming landscape and an active interest in diverse gaming genres including RPGs, shooters, and strategy mechanics.
