Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for conducting lease negotiations, facilitating transactions, and managing relationships with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in the commercial real estate market. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing market research reports, negotiating lease agreements and sales transactions, and representing clients during property showings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayne, PA, that requires strong communication and sales acumen, as well as knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Qualifications • Experience in Lease Negotiations and Commercial Real Estate transactions • Proficiency in Brokerage and Sales techniques • Proven track record in Tenant and Landlord Representation • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with the Philadelphia commercial real estate market is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred • Possession of a valid real estate license and reliable transportation
