We ensure that Stripe's real estate portfolio evolves to stay aligned with our mission and the needs of our users, while also ensuring efficient space utilization. As part of the team, you'll help scale Stripe's future workspaces, collaborating with stakeholders across the company.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <p>Reporting to the Head of Workplace, the Strategy and Operations Manager will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives across our core Workplace pillars (Real Estate Strategy and Transactions, Environments (design and construction), and Experience (workplace services and programs), alongside high-priority 'interstitial' projects. You'll contribute to projects and programs that shape the future of Workplace at Stripe. With the ability to influence from a strategic and administrative perspective, you'll be instrumental in executing key cross-org initiatives and helping us move from strategy to execution while ensuring operational excellence.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and cross-functional partners are aligned with the team's roadmap</li> <li>Lead cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly into one department. Support M&amp;A integrations</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them. Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed, clarity, and accountability</li> <li>Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency. Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with our IT Business Partner. Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3>Minimum requirements</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a data-driven operational role in a fast-growing environment</li> <li>Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution</li> <li>Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Great collaboration and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with both leaders and individual contributors across the broader organization</li> <li>High judgment with the ability to balance speed, risk, and organizational health</li> <li>An inclination to solve problems systematically via infrastructure and automation</li> <li>A clear willingness to take a hands-on approach and dive into the details</li> <li>The ability to work independently or with a small team</li> <li>Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships</li> <li>Ability to capture complex concepts and communicate them succinctly to key stakeholders</li> </ul>
