This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums.Key Accountabilities:Provide superior comping skills on multiple projectsDevelop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parametersBe self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverablesYou will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneouslyPerson Specification:4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industryBachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related fieldIn lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field requiredDemonstrated creative success on wide range of client workAdditional Information:At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
