We’re building the future of how people learn and how organizations train their talent.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Expert who can own and execute our full‑funnel marketing strategy from day one — and grow into the CMO seat as the company scales. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with daily execution across digital channels, content, partnerships, and growth experiments. You’ll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over how ETalk.ai goes to market.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute the go‑to‑market strategy across B2B (educational institutions, corporates, L&D departments) and B2C audiencesLead digital marketing efforts: SEO, SEM, paid social, email automation, and CRM workflowsBuild and manage content strategy: blog, case studies, webinars, video, and social mediaGenerate qualified leads and partner closely with sales to improve conversion across the funnelRun growth experiments, A/B tests, and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROIOwn brand positioning, messaging, and PRBuild and scale the marketing team as the company growsTrack KPIs, manage marketing budget, and report on performance to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2BProven track record of driving measurable growth (leads, MQLs, pipeline, revenue)Strong hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a strong plus)Data‑driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindsetSelf‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environmentStrong project management skills and ability to wear multiple hatsNice to HaveExperience in EdTech, e‑learning, or corporate training marketsFamiliarity with AI/ML products and how to position themPrevious leadership experience or clear ambition to lead a teamNetwork within education, HR, or Learning & Development industriesWhat We OfferFixed monthly salary from $500 USD + uncapped performance bonuses tied to clear KPIsClear path to CMO with equity/stock options as you grow into the roleHybrid work model with flexibility on hours and locationDirect collaboration with founders and senior leadershipOpportunity to shape marketing in a high‑growth AI SaaS companyProfessional development budget and learning opportunitiesBuild something that genuinely impacts how people learnHow to ApplySend your CV, a short intro telling us why this role excites you, and links to past marketing work, campaigns, or measurable results to [email protected].
