Zeit AI builds the agent framework for business intelligence. We connect to the systems companies already run (ERP exports, CRM data, spreadsheets, internal databases) and put agents on top, so operators get reliable answers without hiring a data team. Founded by Marvin and Leopold, both x-Palantir. YC S24, backed by Oxford Seed Fund and Sequoia Scout. Customers in manufacturing, agriculture and aviation. $1M+ ARR in year one. Small team, one room in Munich, regular offsites in San Francisco.

What This Role Is

We have revenue, customers and a product that works. What we do not have is a brand that carries that story for us. Most customers and hires still come from outbound. Your job is to change that.

Inbound moves fast. You own the website and change it as often as we change the product: keywords, SEA campaigns, landing pages per use case, the blog, and tracking what converts. The goal is qualified meetings that arrive without a cold call.

Brand builds on what we have. We already have organic reach, now we push further: press, LinkedIn, conferences. Events are yours end to end, which ones are worth it, what the stand looks like, negotiating the speaker slot, and sometimes standing on stage yourself.

What You Will Own

• The website, in Webflow: content, structure, landing pages, conversion, tracking

• SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical work, backlinks. A bet you keep placing, not a project that ends

• SEA: Google Ads and LinkedIn, measured on qualified inbound, not impressions

• Writing: blog, landing pages, one-pagers

• Brand guidelines that stick: fonts, colours, templates, tone

• Events end to end: selection, stand, materials, speaker slots, follow-up

• (optional) an eye for product UX

You thrive if you

• have 1 to 3 years in marketing, growth, consulting or a startup

• are familiar with Webflow, SEO, SEA and GA4

• speak German and English fluently

• write sharply, think visually, and notice when something looks off

• are comfortable in front of people: a customer, a camera, a conference room

Interview Process

• First call with Elisa (15 min)

• Role deep-dive with Deepika, GTM Lead and your closest partner in this role (45 min)

• On-site in Munich, including a hands-on session on our actual website

• Meet the team, including Marvin, Founder
