Head of Reporting & Analytics senior VP level Key Responsibilities: 12 Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute the organization's reporting and analytics strategy to align with business objectives. • Serve as a thought leader in analytics innovation, leveraging emerging trends to enhance business insights 13 Stakeholder Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring analytics initiatives meet business needs. • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences 14 Operational Excellence: • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting outputs and data processes 15 Team Leadership: • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data analysts, reporting specialists, and data scientists. • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team 16 Data Governance and Quality: • Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Drive initiatives to improve data quality, availability, and accessibility across the organization 17 Performance Measurement: • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting and analytics initiatives. • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to optimize efficiency and impact Qualifications & Skills: 18 Education: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred). 19 Experience: • 12+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the P&C insurance industry. • Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and business outcomes 20 Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). • Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements 21 Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities 22 Personality Traits: • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset. • Collaborative, approachable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
