Product Owner Equity Management

Supporting the Senior Product Manager, the full-time remote Product Owner, Equity Management will manage the sprint-level backlog, translate strategic priorities into requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive enhancements and defect resolutions across the Certent Equity Management platform. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the sprint-level sustaining backlog, ensuring user stories and defects are prioritized and ready for sprint planning Serve as the primary contact for engineering teams during sprint execution, participating in Agile ceremonies and tracking delivery progress Collaborate cross-functionally to define test scenarios, document processes, and support customer communications regarding product updates Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or junior product manager in B2B SaaS environments 2+ years of experience in equity management or financial services platforms Proven ability to write detailed user stories and manage sprint-level backlog execution Solid understanding of equity compensation principles and administrative reporting needs Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required
