Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth Hacking role located in Greater Chattanooga. The Growth Hacker will develop and execute innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, optimize business growth, and enhance brand presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, designing and implementing creative campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing projects within specified timelines. This role combines strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
• Strong experience with Growth Hacking and Sales techniques to drive business development and customer acquisition.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying trends and opportunities, along with data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights, collaborating with teams, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability in Project Management with strong organizational and time-management expertise to drive efficient project execution.
• Experience in the marketing or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to growth strategies is a strong advantage.
