Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Luxury Client Advisor specializing in Menswear, where your passion for high-end fashion and exceptional customer service will shine. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering personalized shopping experiences that inspire loyalty and elevate our clients’ style. Your expertise in menswear, combined with your energetic approach and keen eye for detail, will drive sales and foster lasting relationships with our discerning clientele. Salary: $55k+ commission
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to clients on menswear collections, ensuring a tailored and memorable shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting craftsmanship, fit, and styling options
Assist clients with selecting, fitting, and coordinating outfits to meet their personal style and occasion needs
Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
Maintain an organized merchandising environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring the store’s visual appeal aligns with brand standards
Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism
Cultivate strong relationships through attentive phone etiquette, follow-up communication, and personalized service for repeat business
Conduct product demos to educate clients about new arrivals and exclusive collections
Support inventory management by participating in stock counts and replenishing merchandise as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold exceptional customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or menswear brands
Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for mentoring new team members
Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic cashiering procedures
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients
Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships
Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stock management, and store presentation standards
Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and assisting with product demos in a retail setting similar to grocery or specialty stores
Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory control
