Growth Hacker & Social Media Marketing Specialist for AI Startup

We are a Netherlands based, AI-driven startup in the MVP phase looking for a hands-on Growth Hacker / Social Media Marketing Specialist to help validate the product, improve the user experience, and support early-stage scaling. Objectives ================================================= • Product Validation & User Experience - Validate the platform from a real social media manager perspective - Provide practical feedback on UX, workflows, and features - Help improve onboarding and usability - Test and optimize content and campaign workflows • Growth & User Acquisition - Design and execute growth experiments to generate qualified leads and early adopters - Launch and optimize organic and paid marketing campaigns across selected channels - Increase product awareness, engagement, and user acquisition - Create and test scalable growth and viral acquisition strategies • Strategy & Go-To-Market - Contribute to positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy - Help identify scalable marketing and acquisition opportunities Skills & Experience Required ================================================= • Must-Have - Proven growth hacking or digital marketing experience - Proven experience validating and growing SaaS or startup products - Strong experience in social media management - Experience managing business or brand accounts - Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement - Experience with tools such as: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later etc. - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication skills - Fluent English communication - Startup mentality and proactive mindset - Ability to provide structured product feedback • Preferred - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools - Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X growth strategies - Understanding of the US and/or European market - German and/or Dutch language skills Please Include with your application: ================================================= - Relevant experience and case studies - Growth or engagement results achieved - SaaS/startup products you worked on - Tools/platforms you worked with
