Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. • Draft and negotiate fund formation documents and related agreements. • Assist with investor negotiations and fund governance matters. • Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance considerations affecting investment vehicles. • Work closely with fund sponsors and institutional investors on strategic transactions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex and high-value matters. Qualifications • JD required. • Previous experience working in a law firm is required. • 4–7 years of experience representing private equity funds, fund sponsors, or investment management clients. • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Outstanding academic credentials. • Experience at a leading law firm is highly desirable. • Relevant in-house experience will also be considered. • Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment.
