Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for analytics and business intelligence initiatives, from intake and prioritization through delivery and launch.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple organizations and global time zones to deliver new dashboards, data pipelines, and ML/AI-powered analytics solutions.
• Partner closely with business development, marketing, finance, legal, and solutions architecture teams to translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytical projects.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and launch plans for short- and long-term projects.
• Track deliverables, milestones, bottlenecks, and risks, and communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and AI-powered tools among stakeholders to reduce manual effort and improve time-to-insight.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) and building/driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment industry.
