Growth Associate

Your mission

You'll join the Growth & Operations team as our go-to person for everything GTM, working directly with Justus, who has been building our GTM motion from the ground up.
We've proven product-market fit with our first customers. Now we're scaling across segments, geographies, and products which means rebuilding the playbook. Some foundations exist; much needs to be built from zero.

For the right person, this is one of the best GTM roles in European deep-tech right now. You'll own demand generation, outbound, inbound qualification, and new market entry, with the opportunity to travel, deep exposure to AI infrastructure, and a clear path to a GTM leadership role. Or you'll leave with the exact skillset to build your own company.

Hard Requirements

• 1–3 years consulting, banking or startup

• Broad understanding of the GTM tooling landscape and best practices (CRM, outbound tools, automation)

• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus

• Plus, but not required: Strong technical literacy, ideally a CS degree or hands-on engineering experience, so you can engage credibly with our product and infrastructure teams without needing everything translated.
