Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets, with the ability to translate technical and market concepts into clear product decisions.
Demonstrated skills in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to assess product opportunities and inform prioritization.
Ability to define and track product metrics, interpret data, and use analytics tools to guide product improvements and measure outcomes.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and compliance teams in a remote environment.
Solid knowledge of risk management, regulatory considerations, and best practices relevant to financial and crypto products (e.g., trading, custody, compliance).
Comfort with agile or iterative product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, product management certifications, crypto-focused credentials) are a plus.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and decentralized finance is highly beneficial.
