Description
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with your product management teammates as well as geo and global merchandising, sourcing, production art and development teams to manage the product creation process.
You will also partner with Brand Marketing teams as needed to ensure communication across key product priorities and retail strategy for the most intuitive understanding of our product lines for both athlete and consumer.

We are looking for someone who will partner effectively with diverse teams around the globe and across the Nike value chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
2+ years of validated experience in a relevant role
Ability to prioritize across multiple simultaneous projects
Passion for product
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
Demonstrated history of excellence, curiosity and proactive problem solving
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (in this role the biggest part of communication is listening)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
What You’ll Work On
The Energy Apparel team manages all the apparel that drives authentic connections with our most discerning consumers, helping them fall and stay in love with new ideas from the Brand. This role supports all aspects of the product creation process, and you will work with external collaborators, inline product management, merchandising, materials, development, and sourcing teams on the apparel creation process from line planning through final product approval.
The candidate will conduct research on our product, consumer and marketplace, and lead product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
In addition to supporting the Product Managers you will provide systems and process support. A typical week will include ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, product sample management, participating in and leading meetings and providing clear communication to guide our cross functional team through critical checkpoints. You will ensure data is accurate for all styles and aspects of the entire line through system management.
