Description

About Us

Lupa is building a category defining product the industry has never seen before.

We're the AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, replacing the fragmented, clunky systems vets have tolerated for years with a single intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. Practices run more efficiently, vets get back to doing what they love, and pet parents feel more connected to their animals' health than ever.

The traction speaks for itself: founded in 2023 and already one of Europe's top 100 AI startups, with a team of 50 people, 10x growth in twelve months, the UK market leader, and now charging hard into the US and Europe. We have $25M in funding, 1M+ pets on the platform, and a buzzing HQ in Paddington, London. We've attracted exceptional people from the likes of Palantir, Google, DeepMind, BCG, Meta, and AWS and we're just getting started.

This is a rare chance to join a rocket ship at exactly the right moment and we're looking for exceptional people to help us fly it.

In this role, you will:

  • Own product areas end-to-end, from zero-to-one discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production

  • Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, making hard prioritisation calls that balance customer pain, AI capability, and commercial impact

  • Work at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS. defining how LLM-powered features get embedded into clinical and operational workflows that vets actually use

  • Run tight discovery loops with customers; getting into practices, watching how vets work, and translating messy real-world problems into sharp product decisions

  • Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to ship fast, without sacrificing quality or coherence

  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure what you build lands well and drives measurable outcomes

  • Define success metrics for every initiative and hold yourself accountable to them

  • Contribute to how the product team operates, our processes are still forming and you’ll help shape them

Your background looks something like:

  • Solid background as a PM at a SaaS company, ideally one that was building 0–1 products in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment

  • Experience shipping AI-powered features, you understand what LLMs can and can’t do, and you know how to design around their limitations

  • A track record of owning a roadmap and making difficult trade-offs under real constraints, not just managing a backlog

  • Strong technical fluency, you don’t need to write the code, but you can engage meaningfully in architectural conversations

  • Experience in health-tech, vertical SaaS, or a regulated industry (nice to have)

  • Background at a FAANG company or high-growth VC-backed startup (nice to have)

As a person, you:

  • Get energised by building from scratch, blank-page problems don’t intimidate you, they motivate you

  • Are relentlessly driven by outcomes, not output, shipping a feature means nothing if it doesn’t move the metric

  • Move fast and make decisions with incomplete information, then course-correct quickly when you’re wrong

  • Have a genuine passion for product. you think about it outside of work, and it shows in how you talk about it

  • Are excited to work in-person from our Paddington, London HQ

  • Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic

What does success look like in 6 months?

  • You’ve shipped something meaningful that customers are using and talking about

  • You own your domain with confidence, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market trust your judgement and come to you first

  • You’re already influencing the roadmap beyond your immediate area and shaping how the team thinks about AI-native product development
