Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities • Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Maintain project schedules, including identifying critical path activities • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or risks • Collaborate with project managers to manage project budgets • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings • Quality control adhering to company & industry standards Skills The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role • Residential & commercial, new construction & renovation experience necessary • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes and regulations • OSHA-30 certification required • Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc • Sage experience is a plus • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a team If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction and a proven track record of successful project delivery, we encourage you to apply.
