Description

Title: Senior Fullstack Developer Location: Washington, DC Duration: Initial 3 Months (high possibility of long-term extension based on performance) Work Mode: Hybrid / Onsite (3 days per week. Exact office address will be shared after selection) Experience: 8+ Years Urgency: Immediate Joiner Required Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer to act as a technical leader within the Software Development team. The candidate will own the design, architecture, and delivery of key platform capabilities and features, guiding solutions from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, architectural decision-making capabilities, and leadership experience, while mentoring team members and driving engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities • Hands-on development of Web Applications, Web Services, Windows Services (background jobs), Third-Party API integrations, and Microservices using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems • Lead complete feature development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance • Provide production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Collaborate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders • Mentor engineers and enforce best practices around code quality, performance, and security • Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, API integrations, and AI-enabled solutions Required Skills • Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 2+ years of team leadership experience • Strong hands-on expertise in: • Microsoft .NET • ASP.NET • C# • Angular • MS SQL Server • Extensive experience with complex stored procedures • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience with cloud migration (Azure / AWS / GCP) • Experience with Microservices architecture • Familiarity with identity and authentication systems • Experience in financial or compliance-heavy applications • Knowledge of QA automation frameworks such as Playwright • Exposure to AI or automation-driven development workflows
