Overseeing multiple product systems in a remote capacity, the full-time Commercial Product Manager will drive strategic initiatives, manage product development, and align with business objectives while leading cross-functional teams and fostering innovation in commercial banking products. Key responsibilities Lead the development of product features and manage product backlogs to align with business objectives Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives by incorporating cutting-edge technologies in product offerings Manage relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution and compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in relevant fields Proven experience in product management and development within the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in product development Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and market expansion
