UX and UI Designer for AI-Driven Software Development Application

We are seeking a talented software product designer who is deeply skilled in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to join our team and help us create an amazing product that will automate the software development life cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually stunning online, AI-powered, software as a service (SaaS) applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Additionally, familiarity with generative artificial intelligence and expertise in the software development process are both essential for this role. Responsibilities: Design our product that will utilize generative artificial intelligence techniques to automate the SDLC. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI platform. Conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs. Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs. Provide design feedback and recommendations throughout the development process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience and user interface design. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a UX and UI software product designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing designs for enterprise AI and SaaS applications. Deep proficiency in using design tools such as Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to confidently lead and present a design-first vision, balancing highly technical software engineering concepts with novel user experiences to improve the SDLC. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Expertise in designing large-scale enterprise, B2B, and data-rich software engineering tools is required. Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and its application to automate workflows is required. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
