The Role Develop and enhance high-performance systems across a variety of greenfield initiatives Work within a modern tech stack, with extensive use of Java 23 and Python 3 Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical strategy Support the expansion of the engineering team through mentorship and participation in hiring Partner with exceptional engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on software development experience Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python Solid foundation in computer science principles (algorithms, data structures, system design) STEM degree preferred Demonstrated ability to build efficient, high-quality software
