Workplace Type On‑site (5 days/week) Employment Type: Contract (1 year) Experience Level: Intermediate About The Role The Marketing Project Manager is an individual‑contributor role focused on asset migration, product lifecycle management, and content standardization. This position plays a key part in a large‑scale marketing asset transformation initiative, ensuring legacy materials are updated, modernized, and aligned to current brand and organizational standards. This is a highly collaborative but execution‑heavy environment requiring strong attention to detail, comfort navigating large file systems, and the ability to manage high‑volume workflows efficiently. Key Responsibilities Asset Migration — Locate, assess, and update legacy marketing files across shared platforms. Product Lifecycle Management — Ensure assets reflect current product standards, versions, and branding. Template Standardization — Apply updated templates and formatting to modernize existing materials. Digital Asset Organization — Upload and categorize assets into structured digital libraries for future reuse. Quality Control — Validate accuracy, naming conventions, metadata, and formatting. Stakeholder Collaboration — Coordinate with marketing partners to confirm accuracy, including global variations. Workflow Execution — Follow structured processes and maintain consistency across large volumes of assets. Required Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Experience with product lifecycle management, asset transfer, or content operations. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large‑scale marketing or content transformation initiatives. Familiarity with structured content systems or digital asset management workflows. Ability to navigate complex file systems and maintain consistent standards. Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. Work Environment Fully on‑site, Monday–Friday. Highly collaborative but execution‑heavy environment. Work centers around organizing, standardizing, and modernizing a large volume of legacy marketing assets. Requires strong process discipline and comfort working with high‑volume workflows. Functions as a “transfer and validation specialist” — hands‑on execution, not people management. Performance Expectations Receive asset direction from marketing stakeholders. Locate and assess legacy files across shared platforms. Update and standardize assets using templates and organizational guidelines. Upload assets into structured libraries with accurate metadata. Conduct quality checks before final approval. Coordinate with marketing partners to validate accuracy and global variations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
