For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead a strategic product initiative crucial to the company’s marketplace success
Develop innovative product solutions for customers using the company’s operations and technology
Expand and share best practices for scoping, building, validating, deploying, and monitoring products
Create product roadmaps and educate stakeholders to drive implementation and optimization
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to influence decision making
Identify improvement opportunities across the business and assist in decision-making
Evaluate product and strategic initiative efficacy to drive business results
Advocate for necessary resources and support for success
Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management experience
5+ years of ecommerce experience
3+ years of experience leading major cross-functional/company initiatives
Strong expertise in funnel optimization and conversion
Experience with AI and generative AI solutions in high visibility products
Experience in developing advanced product solutions for workforce efficiency and automation
Deep expertise in customer-facing product management
Must be able to lead, influence, and inspire with and without authority
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interfacing with high-level stakeholders
