Senior AI Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Design and launch AI-driven product features using TypeScript, Go, and AWS Architect agentic workflows and LLM pipelines for enhanced security insights Integrate AI foundation models with a focus on performance metrics Set engineering standards using AI-native development tools Conduct architecture and code reviews emphasizing reliability and security Collaborate with product teams to create engaging AI experiences Manage projects from concept through launch, ensuring continuous improvement Stay updated on AI advancements to influence project directions Qualifications 5+ years in software engineering focusing on customer-facing products 2+ years building AI applications with LLM integration Proficient in TypeScript and backend engineering principles Experience managing complex projects from inception to deployment Proficient in cloud-based distributed systems, preferably AWS Hands-on with CI/CD and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes Strong background in computer science fundamentals and AI-native workflows Benefits Health benefits Unlimited PTO Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Stock options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
