Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Director to lead and scale cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving execution of high-impact projects spanning trading strategy deployment, technology infrastructure, operational optimization, and global expansion. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial services or crypto markets, exceptional program management capabilities, and the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth priorities Partner with executive leadership (C-suite) to translate strategy into actionable project roadmaps Oversee cross-functional initiatives across trading, research, technology, compliance, and operations Establish and optimize project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures Drive implementation of scalable systems and workflows to support rapid organizational growth Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across global teams Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and institutional stakeholders when required Build and mentor a high-performing project management function as the company scales
