Description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Global Product Manager - Assays Distribution & OEM Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive business cases for product opportunities
Build and maintain financial forecasts incorporating market dynamics
Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
Analyze regional performance trends and distributor effectiveness
Manage lifecycle across assays from concept to commercialization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliant product launches
Track post-launch performance and implement corrective actions
Develop global distribution strategy and OEM partnership framework
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years in diagnostic Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Leadership, or Channel Management
5+ years in laboratory medicine, transfusion medicine preferred
Proven ability in developing financial models and forecasts
Data-driven decision-making capability
Strong prioritization and project management skills
Effective communicator with executive presence
