Position Summary The Chief Operating Officer at Spectra Credit Union serves as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s retail operations in alignment with its mission, strategic goals, and member-focused values. A bachelor's degree and seven years of management experience within a financial institution are required; advanced degrees are preferred.
