Legal Assistant Paralegal - Litigation

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our client, a boutique personal injury and commercial law firm serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Philadelphia, including all surrounding counties and New Jersey. They are looking for a talented professional to join their team and support attorneys handling complex Catastrophic Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing litigation files, supporting trial preparation, and helping build strong cases for clients. This is an in-person position with the option to work from either the Philadelphia office or suburban Philadelphia office, with some flexibility for remote work. Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Organize, review, and summarize extensive medical records and case documents Coordinate with medical experts, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for hearings, mediations, and trial Conduct legal and factual research related to medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters Utilize document management and case management systems to maintain accurate records Previous experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant specifically with medical malpractice and or catastrophic personal injury cases · Familiarity with medical malpractice and or personal injury legal research · Experience with data entry and document management systems · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Strong knowledge of project management principles Associate degree in paralegal studies or related field or equivalent experience · Knowledge of Clio Legal software
