Lead Aesthetician

Our client, a prestigious beauty and wellness spa, is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Aesthetician to join their team. This role requires a passion for skincare, exceptional client service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of estheticians. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of service and hygiene are maintained. As a lead, you will also mentor junior staff, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the spa's aesthetic services. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Administer a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments (if applicable). Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and recommend appropriate product lines. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the esthetics industry. Lead, train, and mentor a team of estheticians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Manage aesthetic service inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records. Contribute to marketing efforts and client retention strategies. Handle client consultations and address any concerns or questions with professionalism. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships. Qualifications: Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven expertise in performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments. Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency in salon management software and basic computer skills. A passion for beauty, wellness, and client well-being. Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, at our location in Baltimore, Maryland, US .
