Als (Senior) Product Manager (Mobile & Web) (m/w/d) verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der InStaff-Apps für Android und iOS. Dein Ziel ist es, digitale Produkterlebnisse zu schaffen, die Nutzerbedürfnisse, Geschäftsziele und technische Machbarkeit optimal miteinander verbinden. Dabei entwickelst und optimierst du unsere mobilen Apps kontinuierlich hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Qualität, Funktionalität und Conversion und stellst sicher, dass neue Features ganzheitlich, skalierbar und datenbasiert umgesetzt werden.
- Dream Big, Build New: Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Product Roadmap für unsere Mobile Apps und leitest aus Nutzerfeedback, Datenanalysen und Markttrends innovative Produktideen und Features ab.
- Own It & Move Fast: Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für neue Features - von der Discovery und Konzeption über die Anforderungsdefinition bis hin zu Testing, Release und kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
- Be Reliable, Be Trusted: Du definierst Produktziele und KPIs, triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen und sorgst durch transparente Kommunikation sowie klare Anforderungen für eine verlässliche Umsetzung.
