Qualifications:

• A commitment to leading with integrity and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable utilizing retail tech, including POS systems and inventory software.
• Working knowledge of retail mathematics (margins, shrink, and sales metrics).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel between various store locations within the designated area.

• Facilitate the seamless transition of new inventory from the stockroom to the sales floor to maximize product visibility.
• Execute Loss Prevention strategies effectively to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
• Foster an inclusive workplace by treating all associates and customers with dignity and respect.
• Oversee the financial integrity of the area, ensuring accurate cash handling and compliance with refund policies.
• Promote a culture of recognition by celebrating associate milestones and exceptional performance.
• Step in to assist with front-end duties or floor merchandising during peak periods or as business needs dictate.
• Ensure all locations maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently modeling the values and ethics of Ross Stores.
