Senior Product Manager, API & Agentic

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager API & Agentic to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,000 – $182,000 annually Responsibilities Own strategy and roadmap for company's API programmatic access layer Define and prioritize backlog for API capabilities and enhancements Drive improvements in developer experience for reliable API integration Lead product definition and development for a conversational AI assistant Create tools that enable AI agents to interact with company's capabilities Collaborate with engineering on simplifying workflows and reducing API calls Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in platform or API products Proven success in defining and shipping products for external developers Strong knowledge of the e-commerce tech landscape including platforms like Shopify and marketplaces such as Amazon Technical orientation; comfortable deep diving into API design and data pipelines Familiarity with emerging AI ecosystems, such as MCP and LLM function calling Experience in fast-paced environments managing high-stakes projects Ability to leverage REST APIs and understand developer documentation Benefits Hybrid work model in Austin with three days in-office Opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven products Culture of customer-centric design and innovation Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Commitment to equitable and transparent pay practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
