AI Catalyst & Product Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an innovative AI Catalyst & Product Manager to join our Data Analytics department. This role sits at the intersection of product management, workflow redesign, change leadership, and practical AI implementation. You will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on identifying high-value AI use cases, modernizing enterprise workflows, and helping upskill our workforce for an AI-enabled future. location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $72.74 - 77.74 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and translate business-specific AI use cases into functional requirements and roadmaps. Break down legacy workflows to construct efficient, target-state human-plus-AI processes. Support the design, deployment, and testing of enterprise agents, copilots, or integrated AI workflow solutions. Lead organizational change, training, and communication initiatives to drive cross-functional adoption and track value realization. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience in product management, digital transformation, process improvement, or business consulting. Proven experience implementing at least one real-world AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution. Educational background matching one of the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications AI-native workflow habits, directly utilizing AI platforms to elevate personal productivity, planning, and analysis. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders. Strong learning agility and comfort operating in a hands-on capacity that spans high-level strategy down through day-to-day execution.
